Our fabrication engineers have finished the first design of a brand new trailer mounted self-contained blower engine drive unit. This incredible piece of equipment comes fully equipped with state of the art equipment including:

National Vacuum Equipment, Inc. has finished the installation of a state of the art powdercoating facility. The addition of powdercoating to our existing manufacturing capabilities strengthens our handle on product fabrication from raw stock to painted finished product. Our Challenger Vacuum Pump Oil is of ISO 68 grade and has been tested and approved by our engineering department in our premier Challenger vacuum pump products.

The use of appropriate oil in a vacuum pump extends the life of the pump substantially. NVE pump oil is sold by the case and there are 6 one-gallon containers of oil per case.

These butterfly valves feature wafer style gates and ride in a BUNA seat and can accomodate any flange matching an ANSI 125 / 150 pattern.

The 1457 Hydrostatic Blower Manifold is the newest addition to our "headache rack" blower package family. The blower is hydrostatically driven, utilizing a hydraulic motor as opposed to the familiar belt and pulley drive of our other blower packages. This unique manifolding offers the added bonus of having a much narrower profile allowing it to fit comfortably between the truck cab and the tank.

The manifodling includes both exhaust and ballast silencers, inlet and exhaust check valves, a four way valve for both vacuum and pressure application, inlet and ballast filters, moisture trap, pressure relief valve, hydraulic motor, fan and heat exchanger as well as a digital display interface.

The digital display monitors vacuum and pressure levels, blower exhaust temperature, blower rpms and truck voltage.

The package is shipped pre-assembled on a skid platform to reduce your installation time. The 1457 vacuum blower is sold seperately.

Our engineering department has finalized the design of a new top frame mount and side frame mount belt and pulley package. The Top Mount is designed for coupling with a truck's power take off system. A 1 3/4" jackshaft with standard 3/8" keyway is provided for this connection with the belt system designed around a 1:1 ratio. The recommended pump speed is 1250 R.P.M's. All fabricated brackets are powdercoat finished (black). An oil catch muffler, drain valve and external oil reservoir are provided.

The package is shipped largely pre-assembled to reduce your installation time. The vacuum pump is sold seperately.

The engineers at National Vacuum Equipment have completed the prototyping and testing of a new 6-tab camover compatible 20" aluminum manway. These easy to open/close camover handles make for quick access to your tank without sacrificing safety. These manways meet the specifications of DOT 178.345-5 and include an anti-open safety latch mechanism. A modification was made to the 20" cast aluminum lid to allow for camover compatibility so please check here to see if your 20" lid is compatible.
